There wasn’t a whole lot going on today. We boarded the bus this morning at 7 in Washington D.C. and began our journey to Virginia Beach. We arrived around 1 and as soon as we got here, I ran into the Ocean. When I did this, weather.com said it was 40 degrees, but felt like 32. I ran into the Atlantic Ocean, went all the way under and then came back out. I didn’t really rush coming out because I wasn’t even able to feel the cold anymore. I went back to the hotel, which is 50 yards from the ocean, and warmed up. After this, some people went to the mall and others stayed at the hotel. I stayed and went across the road to HÄAGEN-DAZS and then back to the hotel for a good 2 hour nap. Shortly after waking up, it was time for an all-you-can-eat seafood dinner. The final bill was $36.38 and that was just the buffet and a water. I didn’t realize how much it cost till I got the bill, then I really started piling on the food. I ate and ate and ate and ate and ate and ate and ate and ate…this went on for a while. I finally quite but not until it hurt to move. The bus ride home was especially rough because I had to hold in all the food. I’m pretty lucky I made it to the room. But thats pretty much all that happened today. Tomorrow we are leaving at 8 in the morning and heading to Charlotte.
