Well technically this post is for yesterday the 20th, but i didn’t get around to writing this until now. Having waited till the very end of the day, I have a lot of exciting stuff to share with all the people that aren’t actually reading this blog.
Around 9:30 the morning of the 20th (which was day three of the trip), we loaded up the bus and started heading to New York City. We stopped for lunch at the Dutch Pantry and it was delicious. I had clam chowder and lemon meringue pie. Everybody ate and reloaded the bus only to enjoy 6 more hours of driving.
Once we got to our hotel in Paramus, NJ, we unloaded and had one hour to change and get ready to go to times square. We boarded the bus yet again to take us to the train station that would send us to Grand Central Station. Not to blame anybody specifically, but we ended up taking 30 minutes longer to start getting around. So, we missed the train and headed back to the hotel. Some people decided to eat dinner at Red Lobster, right next door, and the rest ordered delivery stuff. I decided to go with Shrimp Lo Mien and an egg roll, which didn’t end up too well a few hours later, if you know what i’m sayin…
At 10:00 p.m., Caleb and I played basketball while Kelton filmed us messing around. Eventually we got into a game of 21 and I won, so we played again and I won again. A hour or so later, we went inside and Kelton and Caleb went to sleep and I stayed up writing this blog which is where I stop telling you wants going on because I would be typing everything going on currently, so I’m done.
