Perfect College For Me
If I had to choose a perfect college for me I would choose CMU. Central Methodist University is the perfect school for me. It is a pretty small campus and a pretty good distance away from home, but Its close to Mizzou and I know people going there. Also I will get to play soccer at CMU, but if I went to a bigger school, my chances of playing would probably decrease quite a bit. I’m...

Final Four!!
Hillcrest Hornet basketball is preparing to play the second Final Four game in the history of the school. The last time Hillcrest went to the final four, in 1984, they won the whole thing. I’m hoping the same thing will happen this year. The semi-final game is against Park Hill South which is the lowest ranked team is the final four, so we have a pretty good chance.
I don’t play on...

Mad Libs
Just for the fun of blogging, I am going to write a mad lib that was found on the internet.
Someday I want to ditch this milkman job and become a film director. I have a great script for an action movie.
It starts out with the badguy, Chris “Heat” Yippee Ki Yay Mr. Falcon, hijacking a 2000 gmc jimmy. The old lady fights him off, but Yippee Ki Yay Mr. Falcon starts firing his gun and...

Turkey Day
Thanksgiving is always a time to get together with family and stuff your face until you can’t eat another bite. Since you’re not supposed to break tradition, I had no option but to do this and it was wonderful. I had lunch with my dad’s side of the family and ate a ton, then, after a nap, had dinner with my mom’s side of the family. By the end of the day I had...

The years first HTV
The first HTV of the year turned out to be more of a success than I thought it would be. Not because I have any doubt in the ability of this years staff, but because it’s the first HTV of the year. The first are always a little shaky. However, everybody worked really hard and got some stuff done.
I started the year off with a commentary which, in my opinion, wasn’t too bad. It was...

Plans for the Summer
This is supposed to be the last blog of the year, so enjoy. The easiest topic out of all the others is “what are you planning for the summer?”. This will be answered in one, very, very short paragraph.
This summer I am going to go to France and Spain for vacation, work at the O’reilly warehouse, go on a couple camping trips, try to hang out with all my friends, play...

I have been dreading the moment, that I knew would eventually come, and I would have to inform you of this; this is the last blog of the trip. However, monthly blogs will still be available at this website. Also, feel free to watch all the videos and leave any comments and such.
We received quite the treat this morning. Coach decided we...

Today we loaded the bus at 9 and began our journey to Nashville. We arrived around 5:30 and unloaded the bus. Soon, we went downtown and ate at a very delicious steak and spaghetti restaurant. Caleb, Kelton, and I then went to a bar and grill type restaurant to watch the Mizzou and Memphis game. Mizzou won, which made the day so much better. Now we’re...

This morning we got on the bus in Virginia Beach and went to Charlotte, NC. We stopped at the Lowe’s Motor Speedway and took a tour of the nascar track. It was a tad bit more interesting than I thought it would be, which was pleasant. We then went to our hotel and unloaded the bus. Some people went to the mall and others stayed at the hotel. I went to the...

There wasn’t a whole lot going on today. We boarded the bus this morning at 7 in Washington D.C. and began our journey to Virginia Beach. We arrived around 1 and as soon as we got here, I ran into the Ocean. When I did this, weather.com said it was 40 degrees, but felt like 32. I ran into the Atlantic Ocean, went all the way under and then came back out....

Today was a very educational day and involved a lot of walking, but not quite as much as NYC. We got dropped off in front of the newseum and immediately began our self-guided tour through the museum of news. We watched a 4-D movie about news and reporting and such. And yes, it was 4-D. It was a 3-D movie and the seats moved, so that was the 4th D. After...

This past day wasn’t too exciting, but it was still fun. The night before we decided not to go to outlet malls in the morning so we didn’t have to leave the hotel until noon, which means I didn’t get up till 11:20. We loaded up the bus and headed towards Washington D.C. The trip was only 4 or 5 hours so it wasn’t too bad, but our...

Well… the same thing happened this past day as it did the day before. We didn’t even get back to the hotel until 12 a.m. However, this day was the best day of the entire trip, so far. Kelton, Caleb, and I were almost late to get on the bus this morning, but we were able to get up and dressed in just a few minutes. Everybody got on the bus and...

Well technically this post is for yesterday the 20th, but i didn’t get around to writing this until now. Having waited till the very end of the day, I have a lot of exciting stuff to share with all the people that aren’t actually reading this blog.
Around 9:30 the morning of the 20th (which was day three of the trip), we loaded up the...

11:08 p.m. eastern time March 19
I am currently at Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland, OH. Earlier today I woke up at 7:45 and Kelton, Caleb, and I started getting around. We had our breakfast and began filming our story. It wasn’t too challenging, so we got done filming around 10 a.m. and the bus wasn’t rolling out until 2. So, we decided to walk the streets of Chicago. We...

I am writing this blog while driving on towards Springfield, IL. Five hours into the trip and it is already quite exciting. We left at 7:10 a.m. and I went to sleep immediately, but only to be woken a hour later to stop for a restroom break. We stopped again at a McDonald’s just outside of Rolla for breakfast and then continued on. Everybody is...
